I got to talk to one of my good friends on the show about some of my favorite topics: mindset, motivation, resilience, and thinking like a champion. These are all key parts of living with grit and grace.
Chad Busick was born and raised in Southern California. A former collegiate soccer athlete, he graduated with a B.S. in Psychology and is a Master Facilitator with Advanced Sports Technology and a Power of Positive Leadership Facilitator with Jon Gordon Companies. Chad is also the author of The Rock Tumbler: 16 Life Lessons to Conquer the World by Becoming Who You’re Meant to Be. He holds a U.S. national D coaching license with US soccer. Together with his wife Jennifer, he is the father to two daughters. In his free time, he golfs, wakeboards and scuba dives.
In this episode we talk about the powerful lessons he has learned through coaching sports about what success and failure are here to teach us. He shares frameworks and mindsets you can use to spark your motivation and become a champion.
