It’s a new year and a new season of the podcast! I took a break during the holidays (hope you did too!) and am excited to bring something new to the podcast this year. I’ll be focusing on mind, body, and spirit transformation and you can expect solo episodes from me sharing what I’m learning as I continue on this journey.
