These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of amberlylago.com (“the Site”) and any content, programs, products, or services offered through it. The Site is operated by Amberly Lago and Inspired Living with Amberly Lago, LLC (“Amberly Lago,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

By browsing the Site, submitting a form, subscribing to a list, or otherwise using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at our discretion, particularly in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

All content on the Site, including text, articles, blog posts, podcast episodes and transcripts, videos, images, photographs, graphics, logos, layouts, and audio, is owned by Amberly Lago or her licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution. Any other use, including reproduction, distribution, modification, public performance, public display, or creation of derivative works, requires our prior written permission.

3.2 Brand, Names, and Marks

Names, titles, and program marks associated with Amberly Lago, including “Amberly Lago,” “True Grit and Grace,” “Joy Through the Journey,” “The Amberly Lago Show,” “The PACER Method,” and “Unstoppable Life Mastermind,” are trademarks or service marks of Amberly Lago and/or Inspired Living with Amberly Lago, LLC, whether registered or claimed under common law. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent, except for fair-use reference in editorial or scholarly contexts.

3.3 Books and Publications

Amberly Lago is the author of True Grit and Grace: Turning Tragedy into Triumph and Joy Through the Journey. Copyright in these works is held by the author and/or her publishers. Excerpts and quotations available on the Site are provided for informational and promotional use. Full-text reproduction requires permission from the copyright holder. Book purchases are completed through third-party retailers, and those retailers’ own terms and policies govern each purchase (see Section 5 and Section 6).

3.4 Third-Party Content

Some content on the Site, such as quotes, photographs, video clips, and testimonials, is used with permission from the original authors, speakers, or rights holders. All such content remains the property of its respective owners.

4. User Content

If you submit content to the Site (for example, through a contact form, a testimonial, a comment, or another interactive feature), you:

• Represent that you own the content or have the necessary rights to submit it
• Grant Amberly Lago a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Site, our marketing, and our programs
• Agree that we may edit the content for length, clarity, or accuracy before publishing it
• Understand that we are not obligated to publish or retain any user content, and may remove it at any time for any reason

You are solely responsible for the content you submit. Please do not submit anything you would not want attributed to you publicly.

5. Programs, Products, and Bookings

The Site describes and promotes offerings that may include keynote speaking, workshops, the Unstoppable Life Mastermind, retreats, coaching, books, and the podcast.

• The Site itself does not process payments or complete transactions. It provides information and lets you contact us or express interest.
• Speaking engagements, workshops, masterminds, retreats, and coaching arrangements are booked through separate communications and are governed by a separate written agreement or booking terms provided at the time of booking. Those program-specific terms govern pricing, scheduling, cancellation, and refunds, and they control over these Terms with respect to that specific engagement.
• Books and any other retail products are purchased through third-party retailers (for example, Amazon). Pricing, fulfillment, returns, and refunds for those purchases are handled by the retailer under its own policies, not by us.
• Descriptions, availability, and pricing referenced on the Site may change at any time.

6. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site contains links to third-party websites and services, including book retailers (such as Amazon), podcast platforms (such as Apple Podcasts and Spotify), YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others. We do not control these external sites and are not responsible for their content, terms, privacy practices, or availability. A link from our Site does not imply endorsement of the linked site.

Amberly Lago shares her personal story and her work on resilience, recovery, mindset, and living with chronic pain. This content is powerful and personal, and it is offered for general informational, educational, and inspirational purposes only.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to the Site or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory of the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. To that extent, the limitations in this section may not apply to you.

11. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. You agree that any claim or dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Rockwall County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

If you are a consumer residing outside the United States, nothing in this section is intended to deprive you of mandatory consumer protections available to you under the laws of your country of residence.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Site. The Effective Date at the top of these Terms will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after that date means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any program-specific agreements referenced at the point of booking or purchase, constitute the entire agreement between you and Amberly Lago regarding the Site.
