There's so much to share. Justin, thank you so much for being here.
Amberly, it is such an honor. You know, it's funny. So behind the scenes, before we Started this. And this is for all of you listening in. So normally you start a podcast, you talk for a couple minutes. Okay, cool. Push record. We just. We just, like, talked for 30 minutes. Just. We. It was like one of those things of, like, look, you know, we could have gone for another. Another three hours, you know, so. It is such an honor, and I've respected you from afar for so long. One thing about you that I really admire is I feel like your energy, even through social, even through text, even through a comment, you have, like, an energy and a vibration that I feel like, gets ahead of you, and it kind of introduces you. It shows up before you do, and it's a real special thing. It's a very kind of unique thing to you. So it's really an honor to have this time with you.
Well, thank you so, so much. And, you know, the first time I think I ever met you, we. We did Tiff Peterson's gratitude series, and she told me right away, oh, my gosh, you've got to know Justin Prince. And then when I heard you, I was like, I have got to know him. But then I have to say, I read. Okay, I. Not. I not only read your book, Be the One, because I love highlighting in books, but I also got the audible version, which I love, because you can. You kind of go off in a side note and say, well, let me tell you something. I love that in your audible book, and it's so good. And John Maxwell wrote your forward, and I love how you talk about. John really went from you were a big fan of his to being a really good friend of his. And you have achieved. Achieved luminous success, especially now with your business Make Wellness, which I'm a huge fan of. But you. It didn't all. And. And you've helped companies. I think it's $2.5 billion worth of sales. Yeah. Is that right?
Yeah. And. And to your point, it's. It's, you know, sometimes. Sometimes you see a little bit of the after picture, and you're like, well, they've always been in shape. You're like, no, dude, you need to see the before picture. You know, and, you know, I grew up. My folks got divorced when I was 12. I was my mom's oldest. My dad. My mom and my dad, when they got married, she. He had two. Two kids from a prior marriage. And so I had my older sister, older brother than me, but my folks were. When I was 12, they got divorced. And so I was the oldest at home with my mom, you know, have no professional Background, I was making pizzas, doing construction work. I used to work at a mall kiosk when I was 21. You know, Amberly, it's people that the mall was where we all used to go and the Amazon was a river. So for those of you that don't know what the mall is, you know, this is a long time ago and they have these mall kiosks that they try and sell you something if you make eye contact. And that was my job. I worked in a mall kiosk. And you know what I did have even back then is I always had big dreams and big goals. I wanted to make a difference with my life, you know. And I was introduced to entrepreneurship at age 25. And kind of the short story, you know, the long story short was first business failed, you know, move your pregnant wife and two kids into the loft above my wife's parents garage. I'm working to now two part time jobs trying to get us out of here and you know, started another business. And anyway, so here we are, you know, 20 plus years later and you've, you've had some of these business successes. You know, our current business in our first year with make, you know, we're pacing to do over a hundred million in revenue in our first year, which is, which has been really spectacular. Our goal is a billion in five years. And so it, it's just this culmination of all of that grit. You know, it's funny, your former brand and podcast was Grit and Grace. It's just that grit, you know, how do you keep pushing through things even when you don't really feel like you want to do it anymore, you know, and so it's been one of those great journeys and I feel like I'm just getting started. You know, I feel like, I feel like this is just the beginning of what I want to do with my life and my career and the difference I want to make.
Well, you, one of your chapters in your book, you even say that. Yeah, I think if you're not. Well, honestly, I think being an entrepreneur, if you don't want to throw in the towel at least once a week, like, oh yeah, you're not a real entrepreneur. But I mean you say something in your book, and I'm probably saying this wrong, but about how you have to create more reasons to not quit, then there are reasons or maybe even excuses or something because it's easy to quit. But to develop that grit to keep going is hard sometimes.
Yeah, I mean, listen, as I watch your story and what you've overcome for all of us. Imagine there's like a ledger. So in other words, like think back, you know, medieval or, you know, back, like Jesus. This time they would have a, they would have coins that they would stack on a way system, right? You'd like the, the way system would go up or go down. You want to stack reasons on the side to keep moving forward versus reasons on the side to quit. And there's. My friends, here's what I'll share with you. There's always reasons to keep going, and there's always reasons to quit. And the reasons that you choose will define you. So like right now, if you're in a relationship like in a marriage, there's always reasons to quit. But guess what? There's always reasons to keep going. And the reasons you choose will define you. If you're in a physical fitness journey, you're eating healthy and you're taking your, and you're doing your walk and lifting your weight, so on. There's reasons, you know, to go fall off the wagon today and eat 17 donuts. And there's also reasons to stay on it and keep going. And the reasons you choose will define you. You know, when you're building a business, there's always reasons to quit and there's always reasons to keep going. And the reasons you choose will define you. And so you want to get to a point where you've stacked enough reasons to keep moving forward to where when a reason comes to quit, you have one more reason to keep moving forward. Because as I think back to my journey, and this sounds maybe a little clich, I can appreciate that, man. It is the truth. It's a left foot, right foot success. You know, it's like you just left foot, right foot. Even if you're stumbling forward, you keep moving forward. And if you think of those great like Og Mandino wrote the greatest sales in the world and he has these 10 famous scrolls. And scroll number three says I will persist until I succeed. And man, the word until can guarantee your success. I'll persist until I was. I was keynoting when I was about 32 or 33 in Seattle for a wealth management company. I was one of the youngest people in the room is the reason I bring it up. And the median income in the room was 750,000. A bunch of them were making millions of dollars a year. And there was a gentleman in the back, I was talking about persisting until you succeed. And there's a man in the back and he had his reader glasses up on His. He had kind of a balding head, had his reader glasses up on his head, and he was kind of like, debating if he should raise his hand. You could tell he was kind of skeptical about what I was saying. And instead of ignoring him because I was walking through the crowd as I was speaking, I just turned to him. I said, sir, do you have a question? And he said, you know what? He goes, I do. He said, you're telling us to persist until we succeed and that the word until can guarantee our success. He goes, well, there's not that big of a line between being persistent and being crazy. In other words, just pounding against the wall, thinking you're going to break it down. I said, you're right. And I said, but the word until still guarantees your success. Do you want to know why? And he goes, why? And I said, because you can adapt until you succeed and you can adjust until you succeed and you can wake up early until you succeed and stay up late till you succeed and read the extra book and listen to the extra. Surround yourself with the extra person. Apply a new. Like, if going through the wall's not working, you can try and go over it or dig under it or go to the side, or maybe you get a team and maybe you get better tools and you find a weak spot in the wall and you finally punch through, but you do it for how long? Until you succeed. And that, to me, has been really the secret to my. To whatever success I've had is I just kept moving forward. I just kind of persisted until I succeeded.
I love that I got goosebumps when you said that just now. I love that. And, you know, before we hit record, I was telling you about this speaking gig that I did where I had to get on a bus to get the rental car and get the rental car to get to the event. And I'd forgotten that I'm not normal and I can't drive long distances with my right leg. And I was like, well, I guess I'll just drive with my left leg. So you just figure it out. So I'm not somebody who's going to make an excuse for why I can't do it. I'll just figure out another way of doing it. You know, my husband's nickname for me is crazy, and I kind of like it. But right before this, he goes, what'd you order now? And I ordered a. I guess a walking pad you can put underneath your desk so I can walk. He goes, oh, my gosh, I can't believe you're doing this. And I'm like, well, I'm at my desk a lot and I want to start moving my body more. So I'm always trying to think of, okay, this doesn't work, maybe I could do this. Missed my cardio. How can I still do cardio but still work? You know, And I love. So, yeah, I'm going to just keep going until I succeed. I'm gonna figure out how to walk and work at the same time.
Yeah. So check this out. So University of Pennsylvania did a study, it was a 22 year study with 350,000 people in the participants. And these are people they studied over a period of time that became successful. And they said, they said a thinking pattern began to emerge that they said was predictive of success. So if there was a way that you and I could think that would make our success predictive, wouldn't we want to figure out what that is? Well, I think of course you would. Right. Well, the answer was they were, it was optimism. These were, they were optimistic people. Now here's what's interesting. There was two characteristics that they found with these optimistic people. Characteristic number one is they had what they called unrealistic expectations that they were going to be successful. Now, I don't know how this worked for sure, so I'm going to pontificate for a minute. But you have these researchers, these academics that are studying these, these successful people. And I can imagine they hear your, they hear your story, particularly in the, in the depths of despair of your story. And then you're like, I'm going to do this and I'm going to walk and I'm going to speak. And they're probably thinking, sister, this is unrealistic that you're going to do this. My friends, all dreams, all goals are unrealistic until someone goes and does them. So that's the first characteristic. Second characteristic was they said that they tried new things until they succeeded. I just thought to myself, I'm like, that is the formula, you know, you try new things for how long? Until you succeed, you know. And you know, you have unrealistic expectations. I just finished a book called Science of Scaling, by the way, I. This is a great book that you'll, you'll appreciate. He says, he says, he basically talks about, like, how do you scale your business, scale your life? Step one, he talks about impossible goals. So impossible goals means they're just so big that you're like, what the heck? And then you pull them. He says, use time as a tool. You pull the goal or pull the Dream close. And the reason why is it kind of cuts out all. It's what's called signal versus noise. If you've ever heard this concept. The signal is the goal, the signal's the dream. Everything else is noise. So when you pull it really close, it just gets rid of the noise because you can't focus on all the procrastination. You can't focus on all the noise. You just got to go make it happen. And that's one of the beautiful things about. About people that succeed is they. Man, they have these unrealistic expectations. They pull them close and then they just try new things until they figure it out.
Oh, yeah, I love that. So that's what I've always done since I was a little girl, you know, like. And. And you know what? I don't know. Do you get this way where if somebody tells you it can't be done or you'll never do that, it's motivating to you?
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. I mean, look, I had a guy ask me once on a podcast. He's a real, you know, successful, neat guy. He goes, let me ask you a question. He goes, is it. Are you a realist or are you an optimist?
Yeah.
Was it a realist or optimist? Like, are you super realistic and, like, this is the formula and, you know, it has to go this long or you, like, really, like, kind of so optimistic that you're kind of pieing this guy? I think I'm a little bit of both. I think I'm a little bit of both. But I think that having some naivete, like, having some, like, oh, you said I can't do it. Freaking watch this. Like, that kind of. That drive and determination. I think being competitive is good. Having a little bit of fire is good. A little bit of, like, fight in you. Like, I don't know of anyone that's ever accomplished something really significant without some. Some grit and some fire and some fight, you know, you got to fight for. Fight for your dreams and fight for your goals. And so I. You know, sometimes those become fighting words, as it were, or you say, like, I'll show you. Now, here's what. Here's been my observation. You know, Tom Brady was the 199th pick, and you can go on. I'm basically on. On pissed or ticked off, or I'll show you. You can burn on that, but it burns really short. It'll burn like, for example, like, gunpowder burns really hot and really short. And by the way, it can get you up and going. It gets you fired up to, like, get up off your butt and get going. However, my observation has been it doesn't burn long term. What burns long term is dreams and goals and purpose and legacy. Like, it's like fuel that you can burn on for the rest of your life. But you can use those slights, you know, and you can use those setbacks and maybe even a little bit of revenge of just like, oh, I'm not going to stay down forever, you know, that kind of thing. You can use that to get you back up and get you going. But I think it's hard to burn on that. You know, Tom Brady, after you win one championship, you're the, you know, super bowl champion. After you win two, do you still go on revenge after you win three?
No.
Or what about five? I mean, at some point it's just standards and excellence and not wanting to let your teammates down and want not and wanting to be the best version of yourself. That's how you go win seven is you string the winning together. But that's legacy and purpose and mission and standards versus, you know, I'll show you kind of thing.
Yeah. Oh, yeah, for sure. And having that purpose, I think having that purpose is what has gotten me through some really dark times. For sure. I love. Now, I wanted to ask you, is your book, did you come up with a title because of your son Isaac?
Yeah, so. Yeah. So funny you said that story. So he. We had that moment with my fifth generation great grandpa.
I love that story, by the way.
Yeah, it was a really, really sweet moment. And I, you know, here's. So the book's called Be the One. So there's really two concepts. The first thing is, I believe success is an identity process and you're never gonna outperform the way you see yourself. So if you see yourself as a loser, you're not gonna show up and play like a winner. If you see yourself as a winner, you're not gonna roll over and quit like a loser. So when you realize that you are the one and Amberly, the way that I like to encourage people to consider it is if you think of mom and dad, like, think of your folks and if you think of your grandparents, those of you knew the grandma and grandpa. Some of you knew your great grandma and grandpa. If you go up 12 generations. 12 generations was 4,000. So, Amberly, 4,094 people from all over the world came together to create you. You are the one, and you are the one. These folks live for and bled for and cried for and died for and gave everything they had for was for you to have this moment. So once you realize your true identity is like, I'm the one for my family and I'm going to live a life and write a story that future generations look up and they know who I am. I'm the one. Second part, though, is to be. So you'll notice the book's not called Become the One. No, you are the one. The challenge or the invitation of life is to be. It's to be the one that lives a life and be the one that writes a story and be the one that makes new decisions. That when they look up in that family lineage, they say it was her. You know, our, the, the financial principles that set our family free. Is my great great grandma or the abuse or the addiction, it stopped with him. It was my great great grandpa. He just said, no more, you know, and you can be that one in your, you know, in your family and your family line. I like to remind people you've never been this old before. My friends, as you listen to this podcast and you'll never be this young again. And you can't always control what happens in life, but you can control what happens next because you can make a new decision right now to be the one for your family, to be the one that, that makes those new decisions cuts off all the other possibilities to say I'm. I. It changes with me and those new decisions is where it all starts.
Yeah, well, it's such a good book. I mean, it gets me fired up and I've definitely said I'm going to be the one to break that addiction cycle, to change the abuse and the family and stuff like that. So it's this really an important book for everybody to read. I wanted to ask you because I know we're running short on time and I could literally talk to you for hours, but I definitely, definitely want to talk about make Wellness. So I did not really know what it was and I of course got the peak performance package, thank you very much. And it has really been so far. I mean, I haven't left home without it. I was telling you before we started recording that I've already started sharing it with some people, some of my, my clients, and that I don't know if I would have made it through that long travel and then getting up on stage where the air conditioner broke and was the keynote speaker that wrapped the whole event up. But it's because I really think that the calm that I take the supplement really helped with My nervous system and the focus. Because with pain, especially from CRPs, it can cause brain fog where it's like your brain will just, if the pain gets so severe, it's like I feel like it starts to take over and I just don't want to, I don't want to stop and I keep pushing through and then it's like, oh, really, we're going to shut your brain down. And so it gets foggy, which is the last thing that you need before you're getting up on stage to do a keynote. And so I took the focus and it really helped. And I could go on and on about these, but how did you get into thinking about making like peptides are all the rage right now. And I, right before I got this, had just ordered some through a doctor and I was actually going to try injecting, which I haven't, I would rather take this instead. But how did you get into peptides and coming up with Make Wellness and where did you come up with Make? Yeah, the name Make.
Yeah. So, you know, I've always been into health and wellness. Really, it's been my, my whole career for the last 20 plus years. And, and just personally as a, you know, person, I've worked out, no kidding, I've worked out four to five days a week for 30 years, since I was 15 years old. I, I, I just, it becomes part of your rhythm, it becomes part of your pattern, you know, and so just I've always cared, I've always tried to eat healthy. Well, when you get, you know, you get in your 30s and all of a sudden you get in your 40s, it's, it's like you're like, oh, I'm a little fluffier than I once was, you know, And I was introduced, try your 50s, I was gonna say a sister. It's coming in hot, you know, And I was introduced to the, what's called the therapeutic or the, the synthetic peptides. Pardon me? The synthetics are these, they're these synthetic chemical compounds that are compounded together in labs and then primarily used through injection. That's the ones that you're hearing a lot about like online or in the news or on social media, farm the pharma companies. So peptides are these little messenger molecules that talk directly to cell receptors. And so instead of like a carpet bomb approach of, of basically a nutritional supplements, they can talk right to a, a specific cell receptor and like turn it on, turn it off, heck, and help it to regulate, help it to work the way it's supposed to work. So when pharma figured that out, they started creating these, they basically created peptides, these little synthetic chemical compounds. And when I first used peptides, I got in the very best shape of my life. I was, you know, in my 40s. I was like, man, this is freaking amazing. But the challenge was you have needles, you have synthetic chemical compounds. There's, there's the ones from like the big drug companies are, are drugs. And then the, there's a big gray market. The gray market is not the black market, but it's kind of like not for human consumption. It's just kind of this gray market. And so we went on a search and found peptides that were actually from nature. So there's billions of peptides in the world that mother nature has. And so we partner with these biotech labs that are doing breakthrough research with, with artificial intelligence, where they're identifying, isolating, and doing human clinicals with peptides from nature.
Wow.
And so when we found this, it was so profound because you could. The challenge with, with natural peptides or oral peptides is that they break, they're, they're unstable in the gut. They break down in the gut. And so when we found peptides that could survive the gut, that didn't have any negative harmful, disruptive side effects that sometimes the synthetics can have. And you could take it like a nutritional supplement. We could pair it with world class nutritional ingredients. I mean, I was just like, this is going to be such a big deal, you know, and we launched that business right now. We're actually in our 11th month from, well, our 10th month from launch really. And we've, we've shipped like over 650,000 orders. We've shipped over like 1.2 million, you know, different individual products. We've, we're pacing to do 100 million in revenue. It's turned into this, this really dynamic business. We've become the largest bioactive peptide company in the world.
Wow.
Already. Yeah, it's been, it's been, been pretty, pretty interesting to watch it all come together. And the name, here's what's so interesting. I had built a large business before. We'd done a few billion dollars in revenue and it was owned by a private equity firm. And in 2021, the equity firm had taken out a huge amount of debt onto the company. It's what's called, they levered the company up with debt, which means you pull the cash out and keep it. And the company now has all this debt. And so when revenue softened, softened in 2022, it put the company in basically a really precarious financial situation. In fact, it puts you right on the verge of bankruptcy because you can't service this huge debt that's been structured on the company.
Yeah.
And so in the end of 2023, I'd been there for 11 years. I'd taken the company, we did a full transformation of an existing business and created this new business. We'd done billions in revenue. I was the number one earner. It was just this kind of, you know, really, you know, kind of run up right off into the sunset story. Well, I get an email. I land in New York for fall break, and I get an email from a law firm saying, you're terminated and we're, you know, basically going to sue you. And I'm thinking myself, you. Not even a phone call. Like, what is happening? It was. It was super surreal. And it was a day before payday. My. I remember my little girls were like, what does terminated mean? And my little girl says to her sister, I think that means they fired dad. And she goes, I thought dad was the company. You know, like, what is happening? You know, so anyway.
But not only that, firing you and
suing you, no, it's just brutal. And so we. I sued them, they sued me, and we went through this just, just, just, you know, it's. It was like $2 billion law. Private equity group versus me. You know, you're just like, sticking up for yourself. I knew it was so dirty what they were doing. And so, long story short, check this out. A year and a half later, just to tell the end of that story, a year and a half later, the equity group, the day before Payday, filed Chapter 7 bankruptcy. Didn't pay the employees, didn't pay. All the salesforce just, bam, Just. Just walked, you know, the whole thing. So it was just. It was really dirty how it all ended. However, I was in this spot of my life saying, what do I want to do with the rest of my life? And I had a dear friend of mine that I'd worked with before. He's a marketing genius. And he was. He was like. The way he describes it, he was trying to harness his inner Justin Prince. Meaning he was like, just thinking about, man, what. What could he do to help me? We weren't partners at this point at all. And he. He says at 3 in the morning, he wakes up. No kidding. Sits up in his bed and he goes, it's called make. It's called Make Wellness, you know, and he builds a slide, slide deck. And he calls Me next morning, dude, I gotta show you this brand I thought of and what he didn't know. And check this out, you'll appreciate this is, I'd heard a John Maxwell story years ago that really stuck with me and it was really coming true for me in my life. So John, very quick story. I was in Costa Rica with John doing a country transformation. There's about 12 of us, a small little group. One of the people there is a woman named Barbara. It's his former assistant, she moved across the country 40 plus years ago, she and her husband, she goes, he's treating me like a little daughter, you know, this whole. Or a sister, pardon me this whole time. And she said that she gave him a book when she moved. And the book was, he opens it up and it's titled the Greatest Story Ever Told. And so John's so excited to read it, he turns, opens a page and there's no words. The book, the pages are all blank. And he says to her, he goes, barbara, he goes, I'm excited to read it, there's no words. And she said, john, turn to the first page and she'd hand written him a note that says, John, your life is before this one. He's 27. You go fill this book with kind words and good deeds and matters of the heart and you go write the greatest story ever told. Well, over the next three days he writes down three very simple vision statements as a 27 year old young man. He writes down, I want to make a difference with people that want to make a difference doing something that makes a difference. And as I was sitting there, you know, kind of in this season of your life saying what I want to do, you're kind of licking your wounds just a little bit, trying to figure out what you want to do next. I knew I wanted to make a difference. Like I knew with my life, my breath, my energy, I want to make a difference. And I knew I wanted to do it with people that wanted to make a difference. I wanted to surround myself. That's one of the reasons I feel such a so much love and respect for you is because I know that's who you are. And then lastly is I knew I wanted to do something that made a difference. And you know, these bioactive peptides I knew was kind of a future of wellness. And so that story, he calls me and he goes, it's called make wellness. And I just thought I want to make a difference with people that want to make a difference doing something that makes a difference. Heard that story eight Years earlier from John. I just thought, man, that's the name and that, that, that's where it all clicked in.
I just got goosebumps again when you told that story. That is incredible. I think when you hear, when you know that you know I'm the kind of person anyway when I hear something or I see I'm like, yep, that's it, that's it. And you do you know what? You are the kind of leader that does want to make a difference and that genuinely cares about people and want to see them rise up. You know, you've got such just this heart for being of service to others and like I said, I've just always heard so many good things about you and I'm just so glad to finally get you on the show. And I know I have four minutes left so I wanted to ask you. Yes, I've been taking make every day I don't leave. I've been traveling, I told you, two, three times a week for events. So I've been taking it with me. And peptides seem to be like they're everywhere. You see them all over social media, all over Instagram, even TikTok, like everywhere. What is the difference? Well, I know the difference because I don't want to stick myself with a needle. Number one. And the, the just to be completely transparent, the price of your products compared to the price of like having to go through a doctor and get and, and people might be sitting here going amberly, you are going to seriously inject yourself. Because that's what my husband was saying when I've been living with a nerve disease ranked highest on the pain scale. I've tried everything. This is the only thing that I haven't tried. So yeah, I'm not going to give up on trying. And I actually feel better than ever being able to take something that helps with brain fog, that helps with my energy and helps me go to sleep because it's actually calming my nervous system down. Then heck yeah, I love it. But tell people like how do they, how can they start to try it? What's the best way for them to do that?
Yeah, so the, the, the, these natural peptides are what's called bioactive peptides. These natural peptides, these nature based type peptides, the cool thing with them is there's, there's, there's no, they work naturally with your body versus disrupting the body systems. That can happen sometimes with the synthetics. They're much more affordable. So a normal synthetic peptide's gonna be somewhere in the call it 3 to $400 per peptide kind of range. So if you're gonna get three or four of em and stack em together, you'll be at 900 to 12 to $1400. These for three or four of em, you could stack together for a couple hundred bucks. So it's just a completely different, you know, economic, more feasible for a normal person to get access to em. And then I think the biggest benefit is there's, there's all upside with no downside. One of the challenges with the synthetics is they can become unstable in the body. They can break apart. That's why they have you cycle on, cycle off. You should be, you should be under supervision because the, the chemical compounds can break apart and then they have what's called a long half life. What that simply just means is half life is basically how long is it something stay in your system. Like that's what's called the half life. And so the natural peptides get in, they, they kind of do what they're supposed to do and then they get out is that's a normal half life, like 12 hours. The other ones will go in there for weeks at a time. And so they become unstable. They're just, it's just not a natural compound in your body. And so again, I'm not putting the synthetics down. I'm just saying you should be under doctor supervision. You should do it with blood work, all that kind of stuff, where ours are much more accessible, much more easy to get access to. And again with really no down, no negative down downsides. And to your point, would you rather have a delicious tasting, you know, drink in the morning, a stick, something you pour in your water, a delicious drink or a cold, hard, sharp needle? I mean, I think most of us are like, take the drink, please. You know? Yeah, just, it's just, it's just much more accessible.
Yeah, well, I, I was like, okay, I'll try these peptides. And I've had them sitting in the cupboard with needles that I ordered. And there's just been something in me. And maybe it's because I've had so many invasive treatments and I'm so sick of being poked and prodded. Like I would just like, I couldn't get myself to even figure out how much am I supposed to take? How do I mix this up?
Yeah, yeah, yeah. How do I, yeah, how do you reconstitute how much was taken? By the way, that stuff you should all. Don't like, don't want to mess around with that stuff. You want to you want to do it with a ton of precision. If you are going to do it with, with, with the, with the medical care, that's. That's. So you're doing it properly. And to your point, that's what starts layering the layers of complexity, you know?
